Choosing the right fingertip oximeter

Thank you for your interest in Nonin’s GO₂ Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. Before processing your order, we want to make sure that you are ordering the Nonin fingertip product that will best meet your needs.

• GO₂ Intended use: GO₂ is intended to be used as a personal oximeter by a patient or caregiver in the home setting. The display and finger placement are designed for the results to be read by the patient.
• 2-Year GO₂ Warranty: The GO₂ is warranted for Home Use Only. If these devices are used by a professional in a hospital or clinical environment they will not be repaired or replaced during the warranty period.

In the event you are purchasing a GO₂ for patient use or teaching purposes, continue with your order.

• Onyx/Onyx II Intended Use: The Onyx and Onyx II are designed for use by the clinician. The finger clip design makes it easy to place the device on the patient’s finger and the display orientation is toward you the clinician. • 2- Year Onyx/Onyx II Warranty: The Onyx and Onyx II both have unrestricted warranties.

Warranty Information

GO₂

Nonin warrants to the purchaser, for 2 years from the date of purchase, each GO₂ Model 9570 exclusive of the battery. Nonin will replace any GO₂ Model 9570 found to be defective in accordance with this warranty, free of charge, for which Nonin has been notified by the purchaser by serial number that there is a defect, provided notification occurs within the applicable warranty period.

This warranty excludes cost of delivery to and from Nonin. Any sign or evidence of opening the GO₂ Model 9570, field service by non-Nonin personnel, tampering, or any kind of misuse of the GO₂ Model 9570, shall void the warranty. The GO₂ Model 9570 is warranted for Home Health Care Use Only.

GO₂ Achieve

Nonin warrants to the purchaser, for 2 years from the date of purchase, each GO₂ Achieve exclusive of the battery. Nonin will replace any GO₂ Achieve found to be defective in accordance with this warranty, free of charge, for which Nonin has been notified by the purchaser by serial number that there is a defect, provided notification occurs within the applicable warranty period.

This warranty excludes cost of delivery to and from Nonin. Any sign or evidence of opening the GO₂ Achieve, field service by non-Nonin personnel, tampering, or any kind of misuse of the GO₂ Achieve, shall void the warranty. The GO₂ Achieve is warranted for consumer use only.
